Holo Press is a leading packaging manufacturer in Bangladesh. Holo Press
creates customized plastic bags with a fixed adhesive that is not removable by default. Custom sizes are available based on client demand and size.

Plastic bags have a variety of applications, particularly as a shopping tool. Because it does not lose its protective cover when wet or damaged, it can be carried on any surface and kept in your pocket whenever you want to take them out. The best part is that once the plastic bags are empty, they can be collected from anywhere in a matter of seconds.

Because these are biodegradable materials, the environment has been preserved for as long as the material is available due to the high concentration of carbon dioxide released during decomposition. These pieces of paper can also become waste after being discarded, but they can still be recycled and reused. If it cannot be recycled, there are other options, such as using glass to make plastic bags for recycling.

One of Bangladesh’s top manufacturers of packaging is Holo Press. LEVEL-8, ROYAL TOWER, ISLAMPUR, 1100 Dhaka, Bangladesh is where Holo Press is situated. We manufacture the best plastic bags in Bangladesh. The first step involves selecting the proper method of producing plastic bags. There are three main methods used in plastic bag production; thermal molding, mechanical, and vacuum forming. Thermal techniques such as injection molding and compression molding are used but they have low production rates and require relatively higher energy consumption than others such as vacuum forming due to the process of folding.

Mechanical techniques such as blow molding are also widely used to produce bags since air-cooling is done to ensure that the material remains liquid during processing and therefore reduces air consumption. The third and final stage is called sintering whereby the plastic bags are heated so that they solidify and a coating of silica is added for protection and durability. During cooling the plastic is blown into powder, rolled into rolls, and cut into sheets which are then treated to remove undesirable substances such as impurities to obtain smooth and flat plastic bags.

Injection molding uses pressure to push molten petroleum jelly through a nozzle to make structures with circular orifices that are later filled with plastic material. The plastic substance is then given heat and water to melt, creating a spherical hollow container that is forced against revolving drums to create a bag. The finished circular containers are placed in bins where they are processed until they meet the requirements and are prepared for shipping. A molding machine can now make more intricate designs without slowing down mass production thanks to advances in technology.

For instance, bags are created by melting together plastic film. They are put together, heated by steam, and then pressed to take on the desired shape. To create the desired product, plastic films are placed on rotating rollers. Four plastic bags range from 12-inch to 15 in diameter. Depending on the market, these bags differ significantly and their dimensions and weights change depending on the product that is being sold.
